Compliance with terms and conditions

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. you expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction resides in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You further expressly agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in connection with any dispute or claim involving BOLD labz. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Infringement notices and takedown
